James Cooper Cox Memorial Medical Scholarship

The James Cooper Cox Memorial Medical Scholarship is awarded to a student who is pursuing a career in the medical profession. Preference is given to students residing in the towns of Rutland, LeRay, and Pamelia and also the Village of Black River. Selection will be based on financial need and academic merit.
