The Clarence A. Brown Memorial Scholarship is for a second-year student who resides in Jefferson County and who demonstrates financial need and academic achievement. Preference is given to a son or daughter of a Rotary Club Member. (Sponsor: Watertown Rotary Club. Annual, 1976.)
