Established the Elbert Stillwaggon Memorial Scholarship in 2011. This scholarship was created in memory of Elbert Stillwaggon who was the previous president of Weaver Gas Service. Two scholarships are awarded to full-time students in the Fire Protection Agency Technology program who have completed at least 24 credits at the end of the spring semester. They must have a minimum GPA of 2.5.
