Mark Strader and Family
The Jack A. Strader Scholarship was established in 2012 by his brother Mark Strader and his family. Jack was a member of Smith-Savage Post 583 of Dexter. He enjoyed outdoor activities until he became disabled. He was very fond of socializing with his life-long friends in Dexter.
Impact
This scholarship is awarded to a student interested in working with addiction issues in his/her career. The student must be enrolled in a program that will lead to that career.
