Jefferson County Highway Superintendent's Association
The New York State County Highway Superintendent’s Association is a non-profit organization that promotes the construction and maintenance of a safe and modern county roads system and other allied transportation infrastructure. It’s an important mission with more than 20,400 miles of county highways and more than 9,000 local bridges in New York state.
Impact
Established in 1999 the Jefferson County Highway Superintendent’s Association Scholarship is awarded to two students with preference given to a child, grandchild, or spouse of an employee of a Municipality in Jefferson County. Secondary preference will be given to a child of an Associate member.
