BCA Architects & Engineers has more than four decades of service to the Central New York region. Established in Watertown, NY, in 1970, the firm provides planning, design, and construction supervision services to the following markets: • Education • Municipal • Healthcare • Historical Preservation • Environmental Projects • Government Projects • Commercial Projects. They were directly involved in building East Hall and the Collaborative Learning Center here at JCC.

This scholarship was established in 1996 and is awarded to a second year engineering science student who is ranked in the top 1/3 of their class.
